Looks like there is a new couple Hollywood couple to look out for. An inside source has confirmed that comedian John Mulaney and actress Olivia Munn are dating. The news comes just days after word was out that the comedian and his wife of six years, Annamarie Tendler, were getting divorced.
Mulaney has been making headlines since December, having checked into rehab for his addiction back then. The former 'Saturday Night Live' writer has been candid about his struggles with sobriety and has previously said he started drinking at the age of 13 before later abusing drugs. With the dust barely settling on the news of his divorce, Mulaney is now rumored to have found love in the arms of actress Olivia Munn, if the source is to be believed.

As reported by People, the couple are currently taking it slow. "This is very new, they're taking it slowly," a source, who is close to Mulaney, explained to the outlet. "They met at church in Los Angeles." However, representatives for the two stars nor they themselves have confirmed any such news.
While they reconnected at church, the couple has known each other for a while, seeing that they connected socially several years ago and remained friends thereafter. Mulaney went back to rehab in December 2020, after a relapse. Munn voiced her support back then, tweeting "Sending SO MUCH love and support to John Mulaney. You got this."

His ex-wife Tendler, although heartbroken over the decision to get a divorce, has been supportive of Mulaney. "I am heartbroken that John has decided to end our marriage," she said via her spokesperson. "I wish him support and success as he continues his recovery," she added
Mulaney previously opened up about his addiction, while talking to Esquire magazine, where he stated he began drinking at age 13. "I drank for attention," he explained, back in 2019. "I was really outgoing, and then at 12, I wasn't. I didn't know how to act. And then I was drinking, and I was hilarious again."
He also opened up about how cocaine and prescription drugs lead to a downward spiral "I wasn't a good athlete, so maybe it was some young male thing of, 'This is the physical feat I can do. Three Vicodin and a tequila and I'm still standing. Who's the athlete now?'"
Mulaney completed his 60-day rehab journey in February, 2021 and is on the road the recovery. As reported by People, he is working on his sobriety as an outpatient. He even made his way back on stage, having performed a stand-up routine in New York, one that was well-received. The show, titled 'From Scratch' dives into Mulaney's rehab experience. Audiences were required to be vaccinated and maintain socially distancing through the same.
As reported by Page Six, Chris Rock visited the Mulaney show on Wednesday, May 12, and even did an impromptu set, during which he claimed he was surprised that the audience wasn't all women. "I can’t believe this ain’t wall to wall women. There’s a rich, tall, single guy coming up on stage next," he said. Well, Chris Rock, made it clear the comedian is single.
Page Six also reported that as per a comedy source, Mulaney is currently all people are talking about. "Given the week John has had in the news, he’s like the f–king Kardashian of the comedy world," the source said.
