Joe Rogan has fanboy moment with 'John Wick' star Keanu Reeves: 'He’s normal as f**k'
Joe Rogan's podcast, popularly known as, 'The Joe Rogan Experience', is an assortment of anecdotes and observations. Rogan had his fanboy moment recently when American gun rights activist Colion Noir was invited to his podcast where Keanu Reeves and his pistol training for his movie 'John Wick' were discussed.
Noir recalled his meeting the actor and elaborated on Reeves' personality. Rogan continued to praise him and his simplicity in particular. They then saw a video of Reeves and continued to discuss the 'John Wick' actor.

'It’s very calm energy'
During the talk, Rogan asked Noir if he'd seen the video of Reeves doing arm workouts. He revealed that he met the 'Constantine' star while he was practicing for his role in 'John Wick 2'. Reeves had trained with Taran Tactical to master the usage of several sorts of firearms. The action scenes in the film are gorgeous and exhilarating, and the actor's maneuvers impressed the audience.
When asked about his meeting with Reeves, Noir stated, “He is different. He is spacey, but not in a bad way. It’s very calm energy. It was not a bad thing, was a good thing,” according to Sportskeeda.
Rogan agreed with Noir on the actor's calm and uncomplicated personality. He went on to say that Reeves' grounded attitude assisted him in dealing with his immense popularity and affection.
"He is normal as f**k"
Rogan stated on the podcast that he is quite impressed with 'The Whole Truth' actor's simplicity and calm demeanor. He stated that Reeves is skilled at handling fame and fortune, both of which are lavishly laid upon him. Rogan stated that Keanu has never let fame impact his thoughts and does not believe in flaunting his fortune.
In the episode, Rogan said, “That is how he handles being that famous. He is the Matrix guy, that’s over the top level of fame. He hit that Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise level of fame and then became a super chill mellow guy, who can go through a crowd. That guy sits on the subway by himself,” FANDOMWIRE reported.
He went on to say that despite being an A-lister, the actor has no attitude. Several people have seen Reeves riding the local subways without a bodyguard or any protection. When people see him in public, they generally don't believe their eyes and reject him.
He stated, “There is no outward display of wealth from him, he is extremely wealthy. When you see him, he is dressed like me, he’s got his regular watch on with sneakers. He is normal as f**k man. He is real weird.”
