Joanna Krupa's husband Douglas Nunes files for divorce from the 'Real Housewives of Miami' star
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Real Housewives of Miami' alum, Joanna Krupa and her husband Douglas Nunes are getting a divorce.
Nunes wanted to end the marriage, as he took the decision and filed for divorce from Krupa, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason, according to a report by TMZ. Nunes also said that he had thought of it right at the beginning of this year. Moreover, Nunes noted in his paperwork that he wants the court to determine who gets what from their marital assets, and there is no mention of a prenup in the petition.

Krupa also shared the news with her followers on Instagram saying that even though they are getting separated, she and Nunes will continue to be friends and co-parent their baby daughter.

'We did it!'
The former 'Real Housewives of Miami' star and model and the business tycoon, Douglas Nunes, met at a party in 2017, and soon after they started dating each other. After that, in March 2018 the couple got engaged. Immediately after the engagement, in the same year only, the couple tied the knot at a small wedding ceremony in Benedictine Abbey in Krakow, Poland with just about 30 of their close families and friends.
Krupa revealed the happy news on Instagram."We did it ! @nunes451… " she wrote alongside a photo of the pair gazing into each other's eyes on the big day.
"It was a very private and small family gathering," added the bride, who was wearing an elegant white floor-length, off-the-shoulder gown. "Wish I could have shared it with all the people that I love."

Sharing his own image from the happy day, Nunes also posted a photo of the pair riding inside a car together, presumably after the ceremony was over."Done deal," he wrote alongside the image. According to a report by ETonline, the couple wanted to elope but they decided to have close family and friends.
First child
In November 2019, Krupa announced on Instagram that she had welcomed her first child with Nunes. She shared the news alongside the first photos of her baby girl, Asha-Leigh. Nunes is now asking for joint legal and physical custody and is requesting the courts to terminate their ability to award Krupa spousal support. The couple also shares three dogs together, according to a report by YourTango.

Krupa's second divorce
This is Krupa's second divorce, she was previously married to Romain Zago in 2013, but they finally called it a quit in 2017. "Joanna and Romain remain grateful for the years they spent together and wish each other nothing but continued happiness and success," her attorney, Raymond J Rafool, told the People at the time.
