Jesse James's pregnant wife Bonnie Rotten files for restraining order after he tried to stop her entering home
TULSA, OKLAHOMA: Jesse James and Bonnie Rotten’s relationship has taken a few dramatic turns over the past few weeks, but the latest update on their situation is that Rotten has filed for a restraining order, according to Radar Online. This comes just as he filed a petition to block her from entering their marital home. She accused the West Coast Chopper founder of slamming her arm inside a door days after filing for a divorce. Rotten has asked the court to provide protection on Wednesday, December 7. She has asked that James keep a 200-yard (600 feet) distance from her and also asks that he participate in a battering intervention and prevention program.
Former adult movie star Rotten, whose real name is Alaina Antoinette James, has stated that James has “engaged in conduct that constitutes family violence.” The court filed petition further goes on to add that, “JESSE GREGORY JAMES's conduct was reasonably likely to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass ALAINA ANTOINETTE JAMES.” Rotten has asked the court to keep James away from her and to keep him from contacting through any means apart from the attorneys. This comes after Daily Mail reported that James had filed a petition as a response to the divorce to have Rotten blocked from entering their marital home for the duration of the proceedings. James, who is an automotive mechanic, has also sought "exclusive use and possession of any cars and motor vehicles that he owns."

“I have never done anything to him physically. I would never threaten him. I have never been in criminal trouble or had any kind of altercation leading to any kind of legal issue,” she added. “I believe all of this is a ploy to ruin my reputation, livelihood, and my career. I am a firearms trainer and am a responsible gun owner. Jesse knows that is how I make my living and he is trying to negatively impact my life at any cost,” she continued.
“I want to be protected from him as I am extremely afraid of what he is capable of in many ways and really hope everyone sees the games he is playing. I fear that Jesse will cause me irreparable harm from which I’d never be able to recover.”
Describing the situation, she has stated that the first-time cops were called to James’ home, he and Rotten had gotten into an argument where she was, “trying to talk to him in the bathroom.” She has also gone on to say that he, “got in my face, called me a “f*****g retard” (which he admitted to on social media.) I begged him to stop and was standing in front of the door.” She then goes on to add that James, “grabbed me and put me in a headlock and moved me from out of the door. He then moved me out of the way, and we walked to the door to leave the bedroom and he slammed my arm inside the door of the bedroom door.”
RadarOnline reports that in a frantic state, Rotten had tried to call another friend of hers in a different state, while “trying to pack my stuff when he came upstairs and followed me around as I begged for him to leave and asked him to get away from me.” She then said that James asked her to get out of his house, to which she had replied that she was packing and that he should leave her alone. He, however, did not leave her alone- so she called 911. “He then followed me into every room while I was on the phone with the operator and then once he heard I was on the phone with 911 he was telling me to calm down, the cops came, and I left and went to a hotel that night,” she said. Their 911 call recording was received by the media.
After a brief stay someplace also, Rotten had come back but he wasn’t around but his phone was. And when she went through his phone, she found that he was texting a lot of other women. She had filed for a divorce then but dismissed it after he had begged for her to come back.
Later on, in another fight, James started to scream at Rotten for being too loud while shutting a door. “I believe he is trying to 'get me' at all costs and once he found out the 911 call was obtained by the media he is trying to retaliate and find any way he can to make me look bad,” she said. He had then texted her and asked her to take him back, which she had outrightly rejected and had reinstated the divorce proceedings, now leading to the restraining order.
