LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jeff Goldblum, the accomplished American actor who has graced the screen since his debut in the 1974 film 'The Death Wish,' has revealed the secret to his eternal youth, and it's rather simple. Despite appearing in some of the most successful films of all time, including 'Jurassic Park' and 'Independence Day,' Goldblum doesn't rely on Hollywood's strict beauty regimens to maintain his youthful appearance.

When asked about his age-defying looks at 70 years old, Goldblum humbly responded, "I have no secret. I live nicely. I like to sleep and try to eat reasonably. I love 8 hours [of sleep]." During his appearance on 'The Jonathan Ross Show', set to air this weekend, he emphasized the importance of sleep, stating, "I topped it off with a nap today. If your body needs it, sleep, sleep, sleep." It seems that Goldblum's natural approach to self-care has been the key to his everlasting vitality.

Goldblum's parenting approach

Goldblum recently spoke about his children's awareness of his profession. When asked if his children know what he does, he expressed uncertainty, "I don't think so. Who knows what they're thinking of or what they become aware of?" He went on to recount a recent dinosaur shoot at Pinewood Studios, which his children visited, he said, "They saw me in scenes… they sort of know what that is. They are natural actors, they really are. I don't remember playing all day and having that wild imagination they seem to."

Goldblum, who is married to Canadian Olympic rhythmic gymnast Emilie Livingston, also revealed that he and his wife limit their children's screen time. "We've shown them some Chaplin shorts," he said. He went on to describe instances when fans have asked for photos with him while he was out with his children. "At first, they're like, 'Dada, how does he know you? Why do they want a picture?'" Goldblum said. "Then they kind of get the idea a little bit. Sometimes they're happy to be part of the picture, sometimes they're annoyed by it. I don't know if they know, I don't know what they know."

'Jurassic World 3: Dominion'

Last year, Jeff Goldblum reunited with his 'Jurassic Park' co-stars, Laura Dern and Sam Neill, for the upcoming film 'Jurassic World 3: Dominion.' However, despite his previous experience with the franchise, watching the movie left him in tears. During an appearance on 'The One Show', Goldblum confessed, "I've gotta tell you, I saw it for the second time last night on an Imax screen. I was like this the whole time," as he clutched his chest. He went on to say that his heart was in his throat and he "jumped out of my skin more times than I ever have at a movie." The actor even admitted to being "weepy" during certain parts of the film.
