'It's Okay to Not be Okay' has quickly become a highly rated K-Drama and with just six episodes in, the show has so far touched upon important questions that pertain to mental illness. From post-traumatic stress disorder, antisocial personality disorder to autism, the portrayal of different mental conditions is in depth. In addition to the sensitivity and unique style of storytelling, fans are also loving the leading lady, Seo Ye-ji's, fashion statement. Seo Ye-ji's style statement has been remarkable since the beginning of the show, but what really got fans' attention was a two-piece dress that the actor sported in Episode 6.

The outfit from Minju Kim's collection, which was previously once sported by Alexa Chung for a red carpet appearance, highlighted Ye-ji's slim waist and fans have since been commenting on the look and Ye-ji. One fan wrote on Reddit, "That pink two-piece outfit is so elegant! I loved the simpler white dresses MY wears around the house too. True drama fashion icon!"

Another fan wondered how anyone's waist could be that small and wrote, "The two price outfit is epic!! How can anybody’s waist be that small? Could that now be more than 18”? Lol." To this, a response read, "Oh god that's EXACTLY what I thought when I saw her! How is it physically possible to have a waist THAT tiny???!!!!"

One of the viewers theorized that the color of clothes that Ye-ji as Mun-yeong wears in the show reflects her state of mind and said, "So the color of MY's nightgown is supposed to reflect her mental condition? She was wearing white at the start and then when ST and KT move in it's blue, but she regressed and went back to wearing white again. I think they are playing with imagery of her as a ghost (white) and human (blue) in this big haunted house."

Besides the visuals, fans have also shown appreciation for the chemistry between Kang-tae (Kim Soo-hyun) and Mun-yeong. One viewer wrote, "How can their chemistry be so good that even if they're frustrating the scrap out of each other, it still crackles? And also when KT said he won't move away from MY, gah! I felt sooo giddy!!! To think that the romance hasn't even started yet lol."

Many are also impressed by the stunning portrayal by Ye-ji of a woman in the throes of a nightmare towards the end of the episode. One of the fans shared, "Seo yeji was truly something else in that last scene. She brought such a profound and raw vulnerability to the scene. You couldn't help but be absolutely heartbroken for her."

Another fan agreed and said, "I literally repeated it more than 10 times now, no joking. It's unbelievably good. I think it revealed a lot to KT. Now he understands that even as a kid, all her blusters and acts of pushing him away are just that. Inside she's yearning for that someone that will stay with her and save her from her mom's terror. The way she's telling him to run away meanwhile clutching his clothes just hurts," further adding, "SYJ is sooo good she was able to portray her terrified inner child just with her cries alone. Just outstanding. No wonder she kept on finding/creating ways to keep KT with her."

'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' originally airs on tvN on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm KST in South Korea and can be streamed on Netflix.
