'Love Island': Isaiah voted out during recoupling, fans say he can't win if he 'plays dirty'

Although the title 'Love Island' may suggest that the reality dating show is all about finding love, things often end up getting a bit messy considering the $100,000 prize money waiting for the winner at the end. When Isaiah Harmison set his foot on the show, he initially had his eyes on Aimee Flores. 

But as he got to spend more time and get to know Cashay Proudfoot better he began falling for her. So, during recoupling, he picked Cashay to couple up with. Unfortunately, the fairytale love story came to a screeching halt when despite being coupled up with Cashay, Isaiah still couldn't stop thinking about Aimee. So, he pulled Cashay aside and told her that he was trying to 'force' things with her and felt that it might be in both their best interests to part ways. He also explained to Cashay that he still wasn't over Aimee. But the ladies in the villa already began seeing red flags all around Isaiah after discovering that he was sweet-talking and saying the same things to all the girls.

On the other hand, Aimee and new islander Wes Ogsbury were quickly forming a strong connection. Aimee was very clear from day 1 that she wouldn't let any guy get in the way of her friendship with any of the girls in the villa. Looks like she kept her word. During the recoupling ceremony when it was Cashay's turn to pick her partner, she decided to ditch both Isaiah and Wes, who she was beginning to grow fond of and instead picked Korey Gandy. 

Aimee was left with a choice between Isaiah and Wes. She too played it smartly and decided to couple up with Wes instead of Isaiah and hurting Cashay's feelings. Fans were thrilled to see Isaiah's elimination from the villa. A fan tweeted, "Isaiah wanted to play the girls but they both played him #LoveIslandUSA." "I'm happy Isaiah is gone because he was giving scammer #loveislandusa," shared a fan.

'Love Island' Season 3 airs on Tuesday through Friday at 9 pm ET/PT on CBS. In addition, 'Love Island' will air on Sunday nights from 9 to 11 pm ET/PT for the remainder of the season. You can also stream the episodes on Paramount+.
