Popstar Rihanna's pregnancy has been in the news ever since it was announced. From pregnancy fashion to social media posts, the Barbadian singer has nailed it all. She is spotted at events and launches and people cannot get enough of how glowing and happy she looks. Rihanna continues to rock the fashion scene as she flaunts her baby bump.

When asked in an interview what she was most excited about, the 34-year-old said, "Meeting my baby! Are you kidding me? I got all the 3D scans and ultrasounds, and I can't wait to meet them. And, you know, the diapers and whatnot will follow." Ever since the interview went live, people have been speculating whether Rihanna was hinting at her expecting twins with her 33-year-old boyfriend, American rapper A$AP Rocky.

One user tweeted, "Rihanna is having fucking TWINS!!!! Mother RiRi is having 2 Baby Fenty's omfg [heart eyes emoji] [folded hands emoji]," while another said, "I think Rihanna having twins." A third commented, "Rihanna having twins? I can’t breathe."

One user asked, "Is Rihanna having twins? She said 'I can't wait to meet them.'" A second mused, "Rihanna having twins is one of the only things in this world that makes sense," while a third congratulated the soon-to-be-parents and wrote, "Rihanna is expecting twins. Oh sweet glory. What a double blessing for that sister. Congratulations to both ASAP Rocky & Rihanna."

A fourth user tweeted, "Rih said 'can't wait to meet them' are you having twins? @rihanna [aww face emoji]," and a fifth replied, "Meet them??????? It's 2???? So she's definitely carrying twins?? [crying face emoji] [red heart emoji]."

Other users disagreed with the speculation and felt that she might have used the word 'them' because it's a gender-neutral term. "she literally said 'meeting my baby' singular as in one baby…… like u do realize 'them' is gender neutral… meaning she either doesn't know her baby's gender or doesn't want to make it public," read one tweet, while another said, "losing it at all the comments asking if she's having twins when she said "meeting my BABY" (singular) - y'all really having such a hard time understanding she's using gender neutral pronouns???????"

Another user quipped, "I see we still working on understanding pronouns in this thread," while a fourth added, "Or Rihanna is using gender neutral pronouns until her baby tells her their gender. [x3 rolling eyes emoji] [x3 unamused emoji]."

Meanwhile, in her conversation with Bustle, when asked how she was mentally preparing herself for motherhood, Rihanna revealed, "I'm trying not to overthink it. I'm trying to embrace the journey as it comes, because there's so much unknown. And if I hype myself up about it right now, I'll just get too anxious and get overwhelmed. And, today is already enough for me to deal with, right? Getting up off the couch, figuring out what I'm going to wear, wearing heels, getting dressed. Everything that seems simple is such a task right now, so I'm just going to go step-by-step."

"And it's not like I could run from any of what's to come. When I'm faced with it, I'm going to handle it like I know best. The one thing I've learned the most during pregnancy is no one can truly prepare you. No matter how many stories you hear, your journey is so unique to you and you could never be prepared enough. You just have to embrace the journey," she concluded.
