Even though Meri did not refer to herself directly or claim she was the one who was struggling, it seemed as if she was talking about it from her own experience.
Meri has always been seen being vocal about her feelings on social media. She keeps posting whatever is on her mind. And many times, we have seen her indirectly slamming her ex Kody Brown.

Instead of talking about her own mental struggles, Meri suggested what should one do when he/she is struggling.
However, it felt like Meri was indirectly talking about herself through the post. The title of the message posted said, "For you."

She claimed, "This is for the ones who are struggling right now." "This is for the ones who have been having a rough day or week or even year," added the reality star.
Meri continued, "The one who feel like this storm will never end." It felt Meri was speaking from her own experience.

Meri further suggested to her fans to "keep fighting for you." This made many wonder if it is something that Meri does.
The 52-year-old added, "Not for your friends, not for your family, but for you. Keep fighting because deep down you hold a tiny voice that knows you were meant for far more than this sadness and pain you are feeling."

She then added, "Keep fighting because the person you will be on the other side of all this is cheering for you so much."
Meri suggested toward the end of the post, "Keep fighting because you will get there. And it will be worth it."

Meri Brown was Kody Brown's first wife. They got married in 1990. After marrying Meri, Kody continued to add wives, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn.
