MEXICO CITY, MEXICO: Singer August Alsina has seemingly come out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. The star, 30, appeared on the reboot of VH1′s 'The Surreal Life'. He talked about what appeared to be his new relationship during the final moments of the episode that aired on Monday night, November 21.
August is known for his romantic relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith.The singer claimed in June 2020 that Will Smith gave him permission to get into a relationship with her, but her rep later denied the claim. Jada, however, appeared on 'Red Table Talk' with Will days later and admitted that she actually had a romantic relationship with August during a time when she and Will were separated. However, they denied that Will gave permission. Jada referred to the relationship an "entanglement".

"I would like a love that feels limitless,” August said during the latest episode of the show, a video of which is viral. He told the camera in a video that was filmed after the season was filmed, "And then what do you know? Love showed up, but in a new way. I want to share that and really honor the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching my so much about love and healing. I want to that in front of the world because it defies all the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love should look like.” A man who sat next to August said, "I love you", and they hugged.

However, August put no label on his sexuality. It is also unclear whether he is actually involved in a romantic relationship with the man. Some people on social media even claimed that the two are related, but MEAWW could not idependently verify the information.
