LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: On the November 2 episode of 'The Golden Bachelor,' Gerry Turner was upbeat about visiting his last three girls, Theresa Nist, Faith Martin, and Leslie Fhima, in their hometowns. However, the oldest suitor on ABC enraged viewers by leaving them hanging with an unwelcome cliffhanger.

'The Golden Bachelor' was torn between two options for his last two. "I'm in love with three women," he confessed to the cameras as he prepared for the rose ceremony that would transform his life.

"I'm in an impossible situation."

Gerry gave Leslie the first of two roses he had to present. He picked it up, but then dropped the final rose and fled the room in tears, leaving Theresa and Faith stunned.

"F**k!" Gerry screamed, slumping over in pain. "I feel like I'm going to throw up."

Crying, Gerry considered both of the remaining ladies to be potential life partners. "S**t! I’m dying inside," he admitted.

The episode finished on a cliffhanger, with the last rose remaining on the table and Gerry's choice hanging in the balance.

Gerry was welcomed to Minneapolis, Minnesota, by former Prince lover Leslie, where her brother Stuart, daughter Chloe, son Eli, son Zack, and grandkids awaited him. Leslie told Gerry, but first, that her father had dropped her off at school when she was sixteen and had never come back to get her.

When her brother Stuart showed up there, he informed her that their father had passed away unexpectedly and that he would now be her father. During the visit to her hometown, Leslie confided in her daughter that she was afraid of having her heart shattered.

"He is different from what I would normally pick," remarked Leslie, who had previously confessed on the program that she had been cheated on several times before.

Stuart groaned to his divorcee sister's Golden Bachelor, "I'd hate to see her hurt again."

Nonetheless, he gave Gerry his blessing. Leslie later admitted that she wasn't only falling in love with Gerry; "I AM in love with you," she confessed.

"Leslie, I love you," he murmured as he kissed and hugged her.

"Now that he said it back," she stated in confessional, "I'm ecstatic."

Gerry told cameras at the end of the hometown dates that he didn't expect to fall in love "with more than one person…I’m very confused."

According to Reality Steve, one of Bachelor Nation's most trusted sources, Leslie made it very far in 'The Golden Bachelor', so far that she was one of the few people who made it to Hometowns and ended up being one of the season's final three women, alongside Faith and Theresa.

Gerry sends Faith home after hometowns, leaving Leslie and Theresa as the last two. This implies Leslie has a good chance of winning 'The Golden Bachelor' Season 1 and Gerry's heart in the process.
