Erika Jayne announces Las Vegas Residency

Erika recently dropped a racy teaser for her Las Vegas residency announcement. The teaser showed the reality star in baby blue lingerie as she lolls on a bed with white satin sheets. Erika's platinum blonde locks rested around her as she gazed into the camera. Later in the teaser, Erika dons a skimpy red bodysuit and fiery red latex boots as she performed a dance number. The video then switched to 'The Pretty Mess' singer sitting in a large bathtub and throwing bubbles in the air. However, the video montage ended with several brief glimpses of Erika in various costumes. The video was accompanied by a voice-over stating, "Only in Las Vegas, Dance Pop Diva Broadway, and TV superstar Erica Jane presents But It All on Blonde the Las Vegas residency performing select dates this August through December at the House of Blues Las Vegas in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino." Tickets for the Las Vegas residency go on sale Monday, April 24 at 10 am Pacific on Ticketmaster's official website. Erika will soon launch her 'Bet It All On Blonde' residency from August 25 through December 16.

'A hustler is an appropriate title'

While Erika's fans were happy about the announcement, most social media users mocked the reality star for being called a superstar. A social media user noted, "They referred to her as “Superstar”??? Seriously?" Another follower said, "Superstar????? I don’t think so." "The term “superstar” has now lost all credibility and meaning!! @theprettymess," added another person. Another user commented, "Superstar is a bridge too far. A hustler is an appropriate title." Another Instagram user wrote, "Superstar? Who wrote this? I bet she did! She is no superstar!"

Erika Jayne's money woes

Erika's latest residency announcement comes after her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was accused of stealing $18 million from clients and families of victims of the tragic Lion Air plane crash in 2018. Tom reportedly used the stolen money to fund his extravagant lifestyle with the reality star. While Erika has denied any involvement in her husband's alleged dishonest money dealings, the administrator sued Erika for $25 million. In addition, Erika was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by a bankruptcy trustee hoping to collect that money. Although Erika won a $5 million fraud lawsuit against Tom last summer, she owes him $2.2 million in back taxes. Erika has a glamorous lifestyle and considering all the past lawsuits and legal problems, it seems like the Las Vegas Residency is the gig she needs.
