Adorable picture of Princess Charlotte holding Prince Louis' hand at the coronation wins Internet
LONDON, UK: Though most of the world’s attention is now on King Charles and his coronation, there were many who could not ignore to appreciate Princess Charlotte’s love and responsibility toward her younger brother, Prince Louis. The two royal children were in attendance for their grandfather’s coronation at Westminster Abbey with their parents.
Princess Charlotte looking like a mini copy of her mother, Kate Middleton, as both wore dresses by Alexander McQueen, as reported by Town & Country. Prince Louis was dressed by Dege and Skinner. The mother-daughter pair also donned Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen headpieces. But what attracted people more than the coordinated outfits was the way the little Princess carefully held the hand of her younger sibling as they walked behind their parents.

‘His Majesty is crowned by the Archbishop of Canterbury’
This comes after a statement by Buckingham Palace noted, “The King will reuse historic items of clothing from the Royal Collection, worn by previous monarchs at past Coronations, during the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey on 6th May. The ‘vestments’ will be worn as His Majesty is crowned by the Archbishop of Canterbury in the Coronation Chair.”
It also added that “in addition to St Edward’s Chair (Coronation Chair), which is used for the moment of crowning, The King and The Queen Consort will be seated in Chairs of Estate and Throne Chairs at different points during the service. In the interest of sustainability, Their Majesties have chosen to use Chairs of Estate and Throne Chairs from the Royal Collection made for previous Coronations. These have been conserved, restored, and adapted as required.”
