'Nobody wants that': Internet erupts as Nick Adams suggests Kid Rock should replace Rihanna at Super Bowl
GLENDALE, ARIZONA: Nick Adams sparked an uproar by suggesting that American people want to see singer Kid Rock instead of Rihanna for the Super Bowl halftime performance this year. The statement was widely trolled as one said, "American people don't want to have anything to do with Kid Rock." Rihanna's much-anticipated performance at the Super Bowl halftime show is scheduled to take place at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on February 12.
Fans have been looking forward to the upcoming performance, and Apple Music has already released a trailer. The video showcased the singer donning a high fashion outfit while voices in the background discuss how long she's been away from music. The singer has not released an album since 2016. The promo then showcases Rihanna putting a finger to her lips saying, "Shh", followed by a brief snippet of her song 'Needed Me' from the last album, 'Anti', playing in the background.

The tweet was met with sharp criticism as a user wrote, "Nobody wants that." "The SB halftime show has to appeal to a broad audience. Just because kid rock is popular with the rural honky audience, doesn't mean he's a fit for a worldwide audience. Same way some jndy group I might like shouldn't be playing for hundreds of millions of viewers," added another.

Some users seemed to have an especially strong hatred for the rapper as one wrote, "I would rather put both of my ears through a meatgrinder and listen to the sounds of my screams and the blood flowing through where my ears previously were than listen to kid rock."
