'I love food too much': Tara Reid sets the record straight about her alleged eating disorder
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The 'American Pie' star Tara Reid has shut down the speculations about her suffering from some form of eating disorder.
She set the record straight in an interview with Los Angeles Inquisitor, reported Page Six.
Reid's body has been a discussion topic since the beginning of her career in the early 2000s.
Her appearance in Season 2 of 'Special Forces: World's Toughest Test' drew more criticisms as many felt the 47-year-old actress and model had lost too much weight.

Tara Reid did not hesitate to deny rumors about eating disorder
In the Los Angeles Inquisitor sit down, the 'Days of Our Lives' actress clarified that she does not suffer from any eating disorders.
"I have no anorexia and never have," said Reid. "And I definitely don't have any bulimia. I'm terrified of throwing up, so that's not gonna happen. And I love food too much."
She slammed the ones spreading the rumor. "So anyone that says I'm anorexic or bulimic, they're wrong. So stop it. Leave me alone. Pick on me again on something else, but not on those two things. It's not right."
Tara Reid had claimed she's 'always been thin'
This is not the first time Reid talked about her eating habits and thin body.
In 2021, the actress took her perspective to Instagram after posting a photo of her in a bikini. Reid said to her followers concerned about her skinny appearance, "I am not too skinny; I have a high metabolism."

"Anyone with a high metabolism understands it's impossible to gain weight. All I do is eat. To everyone who wrote something nice and stuck up for me, I love you! And keep spreading that love, it is the only thing that will save this world."
Tired of the constant scrutiny over her body, Reid finally ended the speculations in a recent interview.
Netizens are not bothered about Tara Reid's skinny body
Social media users are reacting to Reid's statements. Despite some users refusing to believe the actress's words, people seem to support her and her appearance.
One Facebook user commented, "She has always been thin since American Pie 2. Why now say she has an eating disorder? Lol. She's looked this thin for 20 years."
A second user stated, "I think we just need to let people live their best lives and mind our own business."
"Everyone who thin doesn't have an eating disorder. I eat constantly and my weight stays at 102 - 100," noted another user.
"Not as thin as she is now. Yes, she has never been fat," stated one user on X.
