Host Ken Jeong is back with another episode of the 'I Can See Your Voice' game show that revolves around recognizing a bad singer. Unlike 'The Masked Singer', this show has some bad singers that will do good to the contestants by allowing them to win big. The show's format is based on the idea, as Ken said himself, ”It's so bad that it will haunt your every waking moment.”

With bad and good singers taking the stage, it is upto the contestant to figure out who can sing. With six rounds for them to understand their voices, the show offers $10,000 for the first five stages and a chance to win $100,000 in the sixth round. In the latest episode, single mom Sylie came to the show with dreams of bagging the prize money and buying her daughter a new home to live. Looking pretty in red, Sylie later reveals she ditched her date to come on the show.

The first round saw three singers (good and bad) lip syncing to a song and the way they lip-sync will be the determining factor as to whether they can really sing or not. The singers and the fakers put on a facade and come across as confident singers with their heads bobbing up and down and body moving on the beats making it almost impossible for the participant and judges to decide if they can sing or not.

The guest judges who were present to help and guide Sylie were 'Hey! Soul Sister' singer Pat Monahan, actress Yvette Nicole Brown, stand up comedian Bob Saget, Curb Your Enthusiasm star Cheryl Hines and Cheetah girl Adrienne Houghton. The first three participants to lip-sync were The Knight, The Fashion Designer and The Chef. Sylie after listening to the judges, decided to vote out The Knight who they all thought was trying to oversell his performance.

Later on the stage when he reveals his real voice The Knight aka Julian Mandoza turns out to be a wonderful singer and his powerful performance was just to support his powerful voice. Sylie loses her first chance to win $10,000 but she doesn’t lose just one time. She loses the next two rounds as well as she votes out the pitch perfect Tap Dancer and the Phlebotomist with an angelic voice.

With just three more participants left, Sylie feels heartbroken and demoralised but goes with her guts. She decides to vote out The Fashion Designer and The Karaoke King, both of whom were indeed terrible singers and were met with cheers and applause when they revealed their terrible voice and Sylie won $20,000.

The last man standing was The Chef but was he also the last good singer standing? No one could tell. As he gets ready to sing with the legendary Pat Monahan, Sylie had to make a decision if she wanted to take the money she won and leave or go all the way through the game. Finally deciding to go all the way through turned out to be one of the best decisions of her life as the chef was a remarkable singer and together with Pat they did a wonderful performance.

The Chef aka Caleb Minter went on a tour all around the world with Kanye West’s choir last year. He gets emotional towards the end as he admits he lost his brother recently and he has a niece, so he is honoured to win the money for Sylie who has a daughter too.

Funny man Ken Jeong getting emotional on the stage was a precious moment. 'I Can See Your Voice' airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm ET on FOX.
