Fans hail Jazz Jennings as she rejoins Harvard
CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS: TLC's 'I am Jazz' is to soon drop its eighth season. With the new season coming up, Jazz Jennings recently shared a clip on social media, showing the reaction of her and her family while reading the news of getting admitted into Harvard.
The clip starts with a quote, "POV: About to find out if I was accepted into Harvard." She read the mail from the phone, saying, "Congratulations." Jennings along with her family members screamed in excitement after hearing the news. Jennings' mother hugged her, saying, "Oh my god, oh my god. She got into Harvard" Her brother stood there "speechless", clearly overwhelmed with the news.

Showing off her smile, Jennings claimed in the video, "I don't even know what to feel." She then screamed in excitement claiming, "That's Harvard." She further added in her video that the new season of 'I am Jazz' will be featuring her life at Harvard. She captioned the reaction video, "The day I was accepted into Harvard! Can’t wait to keep sharing more of my life journey on the new season of #IAmJazz."
As soon as Jennings dropped the reaction video of her getting admitted into Harvard, fans flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages. Her brother Sander commented, "So proud of you for all of your accomplishments! You worked so hard to be the valedictorian and make it to Harvard." A fan wrote, "Congratulations Jazz---I am so happy for you. You can do anything you want to do." Another asked Jennings to enjoy her journey at Harvard, saying, "Enjoy the Yard Love!!! They are lucky to have you!!! Btw…Your new President is PHENOMENAL!!!!" "Hey Jazz I'm proud of you for getting into Harvard. Looking forward to seeing you on TLC in a couple of days," wrote another fan.
Well, this is not the first time Jennings has been admitted to Harvard. Jennings was accepted by the Ivy League university in 2019. However, later that year, the star decided to quit college because of her mental health. In October 2019, Jennings shared the news with her fans on Instagram, saying, "After careful consideration, I have decided to take a break before starting at Harvard. It wasn’t an easy decision but it is the right one for me." She further added the reason, "These past few years have been so full and busy that I realized I could use some time to refocus and recenter to be the strongest version of myself." However, back in 2022, Jennings decided to resume her college journey. She was excited to find that she got re-admitted to the university.
South Florida native has not yet made her major public. But, she has dropped several hints on the internet. She talked in TLC's reality show about her interest in doing a major in 'philosophy, gender, and religion.' At the same time, Jennings showed interest in medicine. After interning with Dr Sidhbh Gallagher her interest in medicine spiked. However, the star claimed that she will be deciding her major at the time she is enrolled.
Let us further wait for the release of the new season of 'I am Jazz' to witness her journey ahead. 'I am Jazz' Season 8 will release on January 24, 2023, at 10 pm EST and 7 pm EST on TLC.
