Hunter Echo defends dating Millie Bobby Brown when she was 16: 'Her parents knew'

Hunter Echo, a TikToker with 1.6 million followers, has sparked a lot of controversy after he claimed that he was romantically as well as sexually involved with the 17-year-old British actress Millie Bobby Brown. Brown is currently dating Jake Bongiovi — son of Jon Bon Jovi — but before him, she was allegedly romancing Echo. At the time, she was just 16. Now, after a lot of backlash, Echo has defended himself.
Echo went live on Instagram on Monday, July 12, with a couple of his friends and allegedly made shocking statements about his alleged sex life with the ‘Enola Holmes’ actress. Not just that, he and his pals also mocked fans who joined the live video. One of his female friends went on to fat-shame two girls who joined the live conversation as she asked “which one is fatter?”

According to reports, an Instagram account — @exposinghunterecho ― has been made to expose Echo after he spoke of Brown. The page has also shared clips from his live session, which showed him making startling remarks about the time when he and the ‘Stranger Things’ star were allegedly together.
The 20-year-old TikToker joked that Brown “used her powers on me and I got manipulated.” His female friend also read a derogatory comment made by a user, which stated, “Millie is a child that child knew how to s**k d**k.” To this, the TikToker laughed hard and added: “yea she did.”
Echo's “too frank” conversation on social media has landed him in hot water. Twitter was filled with tweets accusing him. A lot of people also sympathized with the actress. A user tweeted, “This guy is gross why do people follow men like this wtf?? Society scares me more every day. Respect yourselves. Millie is a child where is her family? Ugh I’m so grossed out right now.” Another user said, “The way he talks like this about her so publically and bluntly, just proves the lack of care or respect he evrr had for her. Really shows what kind of person he is.”

Meanwhile, after facing huge backlash, Echo came out to defend himself by saying Brown’s parents “knew about everything”. According to reports, he said, “You guys don’t know anything. You guys are just following after one person saying one thing like- ‘everybody hates him’ so that everyone’s gonna hate me.” He also cleared that no lawsuit has been filed against him. “There is no lawsuit at all. I was living at Millie’s house for eight months… her mum and dad knew about everything,” Echo added.
