People were first introduced to Bryan Baeumler and his wife, Sarah Baeumler after ‘Renovation Island’ premiered on HGTV. But the duo has been around the reality TV scene for a long time. Bryan and Sarah are known for their construction-based shows, where they revamp and refurbish dilapidated spaces into comfortable and new livable homes.

But while this duo takes on projects to remodel houses, fans of the Baeumlers might also wonder about this pair’s properties. From what viewers can gather, over time, the two have purchased several homes and undertaken numerous renovation projects in all their many shows. The resort owners recently wrapped up the rebuild for their Florida home in the season finale of ‘Renovation Island'. And with that, the pair and their children have apparently settled in Florida. So without further adieu, here are the details of the Beaumlers’ other houses.

How many houses do Bryan and Sarah Baeumler own?

When the show ‘House of Bryan’ aired in Canada, it was revealed that the family owned three homes at the time. The show, which starred Bryan, Sarah, and their four children, provided viewers a glimpse into the construction of the Baeumlers’ three homes: Bryan’s dream house, his country cottage, and his “forever home,” all located in their home country of Canada. But according to a Reddit thread, the Beaumlers have sold all three of their Canada properties to afford their Bahamas resort project. While we cannot verify for sure, it was confirmed that Bryan had listed his Georgia Bay cottage for sale for $1.85 million at one point. According to Distractify, while the asking price was set at $3,690,000, the Highview home sold three weeks following its listing for $3,200,000.

In 2017 the pair purchased a dilapidated resort in the Bahamas in the San Andros region for $2M and worked on renovating it into a luxury resort. After living there for a while, the pair named it Caerula Mar Club resort. To be closer to their beloved project, the duo uprooted the family from Canada to the sunshine state of Florida earlier in 2022 in April and purchased a property as “a temporary” living space. Season 3 of ‘Renovation Island' featured the Baeumlers’ Florida home and its makeover into a livable space. The couple still owns the property, but it is suspected that they might sell it in a few years.

But wait, there’s more to it. While Baeumlers primarily focus on their Bahamas resort and Florida home, they also own a rental property that is apparently available to charter. As per Showbiz Cheatsheet, the Baeumlers own a vacation home in West Palm Beach, Florida. On an episode of ‘Renovation Island’, Bryan revealed that he and some of his business partners had decided to purchase their first vacation rental house. He had stated that the “bright green bungalow” with an “old school Florida vibe” wouldn’t require too much work to transform into the perfect affordable vacation rental. “It’s a great little house as it is,” he said. Fans of the show discovered that the property is now listed on Airbnb after Bryan shared the news on Facebook.

Talking about the house, Bryan noted, “Ideally, this is the first of many vacation rental homes down here,” hinting that perhaps he intends to buy more vacation homes in the future. The four-bedroom, two-bath home, labeled the “Paradise Palm Bungalow,” offers a spacious, newly renovated modern design. It can accommodate up to eight people. It includes a private backyard pool, a screened-in porch, terrazzo floors, an outdoor dining area, and a sleek kitchen and bathrooms. Rental costs are $350 per night, plus cleaning and service fees.
