AUSTIN, TEXAS: Joe Rogan, a podcast host, and UFC commentator is well known for using many supplements. He has frequently endorsed using supplements. On the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Rogan probes his guests about the specific supplements they use and attempts to get to the bottom of it.

He has even invited a number of medical experts on his podcast to give him advice on how to utilize supplements properly. Rogan consumes a range of supplements, each serving a different function. The full list of supplements Joe Rogan consumes is shown below.

What does Joe Rogan take to maintain his body?

When Rogan appeared as a guest on the 'Flagrant 2' podcast hosted by comedians Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh, he discussed the steps he takes to keep himself in shape. He was questioned, “Joe, what’s everything you take? Everything.”

“The big results come from testosterone replacement [TRT], so there’s that, and then there are peptides that increase your body’s ability to grow hormones like growth hormones and IGF-1 [Insulin-like growth factor 1] and all,” he replied.

“There’s BPC-157, ipamorelin, thymosin. What these things do is they help your body produce the hormones that it should have when you’re younger, and your body works better,” he added.

Rogan did, however, go into more detail on the value of exercise. He urged participants to never quit training weights. He emphasized that individuals should exercise sensibly and only lift weights that they are capable of lifting. However, according to Rogan, the best course of action is to combine supplementation with weightlifting and exercise.
