As per the previous report by Yahoo!, the 3D model images are fake. In a similar post, a 3D model supposedly of Mother Mary was circulated and it looked like Lady Gaga. Turns out the model is a copypasta meme from 2018 and follows the exact same concept, except showing that it was a reconstruction of Cleopatra, not Mary.

Andre the Giant's career
Nicknamed 'The Eighth Wonder of the World', Andre the Giant's massive size helped him stand out as an attraction since starting his wrestling career in the 1960s. He gained fame among the likes of Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage, and was responsible to WWE's mainstream success during the Rock n' Wrestling Era in the 1980s.
His career highlights include being the World Tag Team Champion, undefeated for nearly 15 years in WWE. A year after his death, he was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame.
Andre suffered from acromegaly, a disease that results in an increase of growth hormones. Also known as "Giantism," the disease caused Andre’s body to continue growing his whole life, and by the time he was 17, he stood at 6’7″.
He also ventured into acting, playing a Sasquatch (Bigfoot) in a two-part episode aired in 1976 on the television series 'The Six Million Dollar Man'. He appeared in other television shows, including 'The Greatest American Hero', 'B. J. and the Bear', 'The Fall Guy' and 1990's 'Zorro'.
Towards the end of his career, Andre had appeared in several films. He had an uncredited appearance in the 1984 film 'Conan the Destroyer'. That same year, he also made an appearance in 'Micki & Maude'. He is best known for playing the role of Fezzik, his own favorite role, in the 1987 film 'The Princess Bride'.
