The Passerby of Wandering Cloud (4p) is the best Cavern Relic set for Bailu. With this set, you get a bigger outgoing healing boost on top of the 2p bonus and an extra skill point before the fight starts. Players can choose between two Planary decorations.
1. The first choice is the Fleet of the Ageless (2p), which adds a support function to Bailu's healing skills in addition to increasing her HP for improved healing. If her speed surpasses 120, it also gives an ATK benefit to all allies.
2. As an alternative, players might think about the Sprightly Vonwacq (2p) set if they wish to focus on Bailu's Ultimate and save skill points. If Bailu's speed is greater than 145, she can advance her action with this set, which improves energy regeneration.
