To make your holiday experience better, Lifetime has a lineup of Christmas movies that promise a joyous time. With ‘Homemade Christmas’, the network explores the life of an ambitious woman called Megan, who uses her free time in the weeks leading up to Christmas to earn a few extra bucks by helping people with extra Christmas tasks. However, when Megan gets a chance she’s faced with one of the toughest decisions to make. If you’re planning on catching up with ‘Homemade Christmas’, here’s everything you need to know about the holiday film.

‘Homemade Christmas’ will premiere on November 22 at 8 pm ET on Lifetime. 

Plot 


The official synopsis for ‘Homemade Christmas’ reads, “Every year, Megan, an ambitious young woman uses the weeks leading up to Christmas to become the ultimate holiday freelance assistant for hire, helping with any Christmas related tasks for extra income. But when the opportunity arrives to save a Christmas party and dazzle her crush, she must choose between the man of her aspirations and Mr. Right..”

Cast 

Michelle Argyris

Canadian actress Michelle Argyris features as Megan in ‘Homemade Christmas’. Besides acting, she’s also passionate about dancing, singing, and athletics. And, these factors contributed to her acting career. Argyris has appeared in television series such as ‘Shadowhunters’, ‘Loosely Exactly Nicole’, and ‘The Bold & The Beautiful. Her breakout role was the horror-thriller movie ‘Devil Seed’. 

Travis Nelson 

Travis Nelson was born in British Columbia, Canada.  He is an actor and director, best known for working in ‘Tucker and Dale vs Evil’, ‘Dark Hearts’ and ‘Haunting Melissa’. Nelson is best kown for playing Brandon  Hessner in ‘Dark Hearts’. He made his debut in 2009 with the television series ‘Wild Roses’. 

The rest of the cast includes Tiara Johnny, Alexis Maitland, Connor McMahon and Margarita Valderrama. 

Creators 

‘Homemade Christmas’ is directed by Adrian Langley while John Dion has served as the writer. It is executive produced by Sebastian Battro, Tom Berry and Breanne Hartley.
