'Very disturbing': Heidi Klum and daughter Leni SLAMMED for intimate lingerie photoshoot
Heidi Klum and her 18-year-old daughter, Leni, are facing backlash for appearing together in lingerie in a new ad. The former Victoria's Secret angel and her model daughter posed in only their underwear for the Italian underwear company Intimissimi. Intimissimi captioned a photo of the two, “Like mother and daughter. Every woman has a special place in her heart for her favorite lingerie.” The brand also shared a handful of images and videos from the photo shoot.
The caption for one such video reads, “A story of self-confidence, joy of life, and love between a mother and a daughter. Together @heidiklum and @leniklum celebrate The Art of Italian Lingerie.” However, even though both models thoroughly enjoyed shooting the video, many online viewers found the photoshoot "very disturbing." One user wrote in the comment section of the post, “I like to think I’m progressive in these things but mom and daughter in lingerie in the same video shoot is just a bit sick.” “The photo is weird and the caption makes it weirder lol,” another added.

Meanwhile, last year, Klum and her daughter appeared together on the cover of the Vogue Germany issue. Leni wrote on Instagram at the time, "So excited for my first cover!! I had so much fun on set with @voguegermany couldn't dream of a better start!! Thank you for being by my side @heidiklum.”
Leni frequently spent time with Klum on TV sets and expressed interest in modeling and hosting shows, according to Klum in 2020. She revealed to the People magazine at the time, "She kind of comes [on set] and looks and learns not just what I do but also what all the different people are doing on a TV set. I think it's very interesting to her. When you're that age you're still trying to figure out who you are, and what you want to be, and kind of see for the first time what are all these different jobs to make a TV show happen. She does want to do what I do."
