'I’ll always love you my lil one': Aubrey O’Day 'beyond heartbroken' as she suffers miscarriage weeks after revealing baby bump
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Just two months after 'Danity Kane' singer Aubrey O'Day revealed her baby bump on a red carpet, she reportedly had a miscarriage. The 39-year-old singer shared the heartbreaking update on Monday, March 6, and also sent a heartfelt message to her Instagram followers. "I'm beyond heartbroken to announce that I've had a miscarriage," she told E! News.
O'Day acknowledged that although it wasn't her first pregnancy, it was "the first time [she] was mentally healthy and in a physically prepared place to care for another life." The reality star is already anticipating having her "miracle" child someday. The singer went on to say that she had experienced moments when she "internalized what happened and blamed herself," but she later came to the realization that "there isn't only one seat at the table," as the 'American High School' actress highlighted.

'I wouldn't change anything'
O'Day was expecting her first child. When she posed on the red carpet of the SPiN - Society Performers Academy In Nationals caressing her belly, she sparked rumors that she was expecting, and various reports then confirmed that she was pregnant.
In her Instagram stories, the 'Famously Single' alum explained the tragedy, informing her fans that she is going through a "sensitive, raw moment" amid her miscarriage, reports Page Six. O'Day stated in a different post, "I wouldn’t change anything. Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they are right … and sometimes things you want most fall apart so that better things can fall together." "Everything happens for a reason," the 'Danity Kane' singer continued. "I’ll always love u my lil one."
O'Day continued by saying that we should all be grateful for our mothers. She also hinted that she might try once more, adding that she would be "unstoppable" in her quest to become a mother. "There are also so many children who need happy and healthy homes, so being a mother and a leader will never be something we can't all have!" she continued.

With former 'Danity Kane' bandmate Shannon Bex, she has also performed as a duo since 2015.

O'Day hasn't revealed the father publicly, but she did tell, "I have someone special in my life," and an insider confirms the child is his, as per The Sun. After returning to the US from Bali, where she claimed to have lived for two years, O'Day started dating her current partner, reports KTLA. The platinum blonde remarked, "When I got home from Bali, which wasn't too long ago, I was open to dating again."
From 2015 to 2018, she was in a relationship with DJ Pauly D of the Jersey Shore, and last year, she opened up to In Touch Weekly about their 'toxic' relationship.
