MONTECITO, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle has once again become a target for people’s ire after her husband Harry made claims about how Meghan was treated by the supposedly snooty Princess of Wales in his soon-to-be-released book ‘Spare’. Harry has reportedly attacked Kate Middleton in the memoir by calling her out for hesitantly sharing her makeup with the ‘Suits’ actress.

The Duke of Sussex has reportedly written in the book, which will go out on shelves on January 10, that the incident happened in 2018 during their Royal Foundation Forum’s appearance. At the time, Meghan apparently forgot to carry her lip gloss, so she asked for one from sister-in-law Kate. The request left the mother-of-three startled.

Calling the act of borrowing an “American thing,” Harry added, “Kate, taken aback, went into her handbag and reluctantly pulled out a small tube. Meg squeezed some onto her finger and applied it to her lips. Kate grimaced.” The father-of-two also shared that they “should’ve been able to laugh about” it, but the media “sensed” it was “something bigger.”

Elsewhere, in the book, which is expected to make more bombshell claims after its release, Harry has apparently mentioned his dream of having a “Fab Four” at the royal helm. He said that when he spoke about this with his brother, he was asked to “slow down”. Prince William allegedly told him, “She’s an American actress after all, Harold. Anything might happen.

Meanwhile, the 'lip gloss' incident has now become a hotly discussed story online, attracting comments on Twitter — but not in favor of the Sussexes. One user tweeted, “No shit. That's disgusting. The # of times I've seen women share makeup... I can count on one hand. It's gross.” The second user wrote, “Omg I wouldn’t want anyone using my makeup.” The third one shared, “Harry threw digs at William's hair loss, complained that Meghan's impromptu request to try on a tiara that wasn't hers was denied, and Kate didn't want to share her lip gloss. Harry seriously needs help. Hope he feels better now. #Spare  #SparebyPrinceHarry #SpareUsHarry.”

The fourth one said, “I would love for some papa to try to get Gail & Oprah to comment on your outrange that Meghan cried n not Kate…" and added, "You still think Meg is in the right? What about sharing your lip gloss with strangers?” The fifth user commented, “Kate ‘reluctantly’ threw her lip gloss in the garbage after Meghan used it. Fixed it for you Harry 😆.”

A tweet stated, “No one wants to, nor should they, share lipgloss, lipstick, chapstick, etc…gross 👇👇.” Another tweet added, “Seriously, this shit is beyond petty...Prince Harry complaining that Kate didn't share her lip gloss with his manipulating horrible wife MEGHAN! I can't I use to love Prince Harry! Such a shame…”
