LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Born on March 16, 2008, Halle Berry and her former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry’s daughter Nahla turned 15 on Thursday, March 16, 2023. The ‘X-Men’ actress, who is quite active on social media, took to handle to wish her teenage daughter with a slew of images.
The ‘Bruised’ director captioned her Instagram post, “One of the greatest gifts the universe has given me is my daughter, Nahla.” Continuing with the adorable post, the ‘Die Another Day’ bond girl wrote, “She is the sun that never fades and the moon that never wanes! Please join me in wishing her a happy 15th Birthday today!” She concluded her post with a declaration of love, “I love you sweet angel 👼🏽.”

An insight into Nahla’s parents
The Academy Award-winning actress and the Canadian model started dating in 2005 after meeting at the inauguration of a Versace store in Manhattan, New York. The ‘Catwoman’ star got pregnant in 2007 and the couple went on to welcome their first child together in 2008. The couple separated two years later in 2010, following which there was a highly publicized custody battle.
In 2012, following their separation, Aubry wanted joint custody of their daughter. But Berry wanted to relocate to France with Nahla and her then-fiance Oliver Martinez. Since this could have become an obstacle to joint custody, Aubry objected to the decision leading it to be sustained by the court.
Later that month, the case was closed when Berry agreed to the terms of joint custody. In 2014, a California judge asked the ‘John Wick’ star to pay $8.000 per month for child support to the model.
Berry and Martinez married in July 2013 and gave birth to their son Maceo in October 2013. After a two-year marriage, the couple separated in 2015. The mother-of-two is now reportedly dating the Grammy Award-winning musician Van Hunt. Aubry is allegedly in a casual relationship with Charlize Theron.
Aubry, 46, also took to his Instagram to wish his daughter on her birthday. The model and actor, sharing a photo of Nahla, wrote, “Happy Birthday my beautiful little Nahla. Nothing brings more joy than seeing you grow into the amazing little woman that you are 💜.”

That’s gonna be their life when they grow up, and they will choose when that starts.”

Viola Davis also wished the teen on her birthday. She wrote, “Happiest of birthdays beautiful Nahla!!❤️.” Ahmed Best cheered, “15!!!! Happy earthstrong fierce Nahla! Sending all the love. Your voice is necessary. Sing out loud and proud!”
