'Grey's Anatomy' Season 16 Episode 15: Teddy cheats on Owen with Tom and fans say 'I don't recognize her'
'Grey's Anatomy' writers must not be very happy with their couples because they seem to be on a love-rampage going by the past few episodes. After Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) and Link (Chris Carmack) broke up over a dragged out baby drama, Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) is busy snapping at Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) seems to have walked out on Jo (Camilla Luddington) and now Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) has thrown caution to the winds and decided to sleep with ex-boyfriend Tom Koracick, just a couple of episodes after Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) proposed to her.
The Owen-Teddy relationship has always got mixed reactions from fans. While many agreed she was better off with Owen, some still wanted her with Tom Koracick. However, many were displeased with the fact that she chose to cheat on Owen, and said it was out of character for her.
A fan tweeted, "Teddy isn’t well. She would never do this. She isn’t much better than Owen. I think Teddy is ill with something or its PTSD. It’s something."
Another wrote, "Oh @GreysABCyou so messy with this Owen, Teddy, Koracick triangle. And Alex leaving Jo and Deluca being an asshat. Ugh and Nico emotionally manipulating Levi."
"I know I hate Teddy after this episode of #GreysAnatomy," wrote another fan.
"I hope the real Teddy renters Teddy’s body because I don’t recognize her. I don’t know who this Teddy is," tweeted an angry fan.
However, another fan wrote, "IMMEDIATELY after Teddy showed up at Tom’s door I SQUEALED! HES THE ONE FOR YOU, GIRL!"
"When Teddy kissed Tom I felt like I had been slapped in the face. I almost started to cry. I felt it so deeply." tweeted a fan.
A fan tweeted, "Amelia doesn’t know who the father of her baby is. Teddy is wrong. Teddy is wrong to have gone to Tom’s hotel room. She kissed him. She cheated on Tom. Owen will be hurt."
Fans are getting tired of the show. One wrote, "Today's episode was the most boring I have ever seen in 16 season. And what you did with Dr K and Teddy was the most unnecessary. And Webber really? I Never though I'll ment this but after today: PLEASE jus end the f *** show."
