The 77-year-old blonde beauty made a duck face while chowing down on a nutritious purple smoothie and flaunted a swollen lip on a solo walk through the city on Friday, February 17. The stroll came a few days after she was seen spending time with her longtime partner Kurt Russell, 71 on Valentine's day.

One of Goldie's beauty secrets is to keep her skincare routine simple and rely on her own natural healing abilities. “I wash my face every day,” she said speaking to Rescue. "I massage it for about three minutes, and then I put creams on my face and go to sleep. And then I wake up in the morning and do the same thing! I don’t do much. I was using coconut oil for a while on my face." She further added that her mother used to “squeeze lemons” on her face to get the exfoliating acid, a homemade beauty hack that “wouldn’t cost her a fortune.”

The Christmas Chronicles 2 star has always made it a priority to stay hydrated and shield her skin from the sun. “I put on some sunscreen in the morning when I remember, and the rest is just making sure you’re hydrated and eating a lot of oil-based foods or oils and smiling a lot.” And it’s all in Goldie’s genes when it comes to her famous blonde locks, as the actress has never dyed her hair. "I know it sounds strange, Hawn told Allure, "but I’ve never dyed my hair. I just rinse it regularly because I don’t have any chemicals."

Goldie's diet plan is based on two fundamental tenets: not overeating and separating food. “I don’t eat much,” she said. I think we overeat. I drink my green juice every day! I drink a lot of juices, I don’t put a lot of food in my stomach, and I don’t mix my food too much. “So if I want to have, like, protein, I’ll just have a bowl of lentils, not mix it with a bunch of stuff.” The 'Death Becomes Her' star told in 2015, aging is "a fact of life" that can be managed by "mindful living" in an interview with Porter magazine. “Getting old is a fact of life,” she said. "By living mindfully, you understand that there are many transitions in life. you just check them." She continued adding, "It’s all about how you do it. Everything is in your mind. It’s wonderful to know that you’re getting older, because that means you’re still on the planet, right?"
