'Does it get any cuter?': Kate Hudson in awe of mom Goldie Hawn, 76, as she shares her workout video
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kate Hudson revealed she got her passion for exercise from her mother, Goldie Hawn, when she shared a video of her exercising. Hudson is a fitness fanatic who has her own successful line of sportswear.
The 43-year-old actress posted a video of her 76-year-old mother on Instagram on Monday, October 24, with the caption, "Does it get any cuter…?! I can’t #momknowsbest #mindupmonday." In the video, Hawn was seen wearing a skintight black unitard and demonstrating her fitness levels by doing some yoga poses, jumping around on a mini trampoline and showing off her playful side by using wine bottles as weights.

The mother-of-three was highlighting the advantages of exercise to her 3.4 million Instagram followers, adding that "physical exercise can help boost our mood, concentration, and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life."
In a recent interview with E! News, Hudson stated that she didn't want to outdo her mother's acting career. The mother-daughter duo have always had a close relationship. "Contrary to what I suspect from the outside, to me our family is much more focused on emulating who we are as people," she said, adding, "There's no emulating mama's career. She's an original. She's an icon. It's a different generation."
However, the 'Almost Famous' actor acknowledged that she tries to emulate Hawn's amazing ability to balance being a mother and an actress. "I do really like to emulate the things she brought to her career and to us as kids, and how she balanced that out," she told the outlet.
Hawn has three kids- Hudson and son Oliver, 46, with second husband Bill, and son Wyatt, 36, with her longterm partner Kurt Russell. Hudson is mother to two sons and a daughter- Ryder, 18, with Chris Robinson, Bingham, 18, with Muse vocalist Matt Bellamy and Rani Rose, 4, with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa.
Hawn, who is the grandmother of seven, once told Australian Women's Weekly, "A good family is the answer to happiness. I look at our kids and grandchildren and there's nothing in the world that could make me as proud as I am of all of them. Being a grandmother is amazing, I love it. It brings incredible joy. Family is so important."
