'I don't exercise': Megan Fox quotes Joan Rivers as she bares her abs and toned arms in neon green outfit
Megan Fox, 32, shocked fans as she posted a picture of herself in a neon green Jacquemus suit and a matching bag with nude heels. Her picture of the ensemble was not as much of a surprise as the caption that accompanied it. The 'Transformers' star wrote, "I don't exercise. If God had wanted me to bend over, he would have put diamonds on the floor." Quoting late comedian Joan Rivers may not have been the best idea since some of her followers expressed doubt in Fox's "claim."
Fox's workout routine has been discussed in quite some detail. Following a strict diet and exercise regime, she eats a five-factor meal daily, six days a week. Similarly, she does five-factor workouts that include heavy "bursts of cardio" and intense circuit training.

Circuit training includes endurance, resistance, high-intensity aerobics, and circuit-style exercises with a focus on muscle endurance and strength building. You would say one "circuit" has been completed after finishing all set exercises in the program. The first exercise is repeated for the following circuit when one circuit is finished. Fox works out thrice a week, with two "really hard" sessions. She also incorporates lifting heavy weights to keep herself fit.
In an interview with People, her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, revealed, "There are five phases [in her workout]: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five-minute cooldown." Even during her pregnancy, Megan Fox would work out and remain consistent. Her postpartum workout was the same as the pre-baby one. "As a result, she was so fit at the point of delivery that it went more easily, and she was able to get medical clearance relatively quickly to come back and keep working out," Harley added.
Fans, however, gave mixed reactions to Fox's caption on her post. Some of the comments on her post included, "Cute pic. Dumb caption.", "Looks like this and says she doesn't work out. Sad we can't all just be friggin honest." and "Girl, don't lie 🤦🏻♀️" The others took the caption in all its humor and called Fox "amazing" for "slaying in that outfit!".
