For all those stuck at home thanks to the coronavirus lockdown, 'The Walking Dead' star Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton had some entertainment to offer with their new show 'Friday Night In with the Morgans'. The inaugural episode of the new at-home talk show featured Jensen and Daneel Ackles, Christian Serratos, and the Morgans' physician Dr Sharagim Kemp as guests.

The fans had a really fun time with the show, where Morgan and Burton talked to their friends about a range of topics from how not to kill your spouse during the lockdown to how Jensen and Daneel set Morgan and Burton up with each other. Pretty much the only complaint? The half-hour timeslot wasn't nearly enough to satisfy the viewers.

"Can we just get a full hour of nothing but @JDMorgan @HilarieBurton @JensenAckles @DanneelHarris chatting and sharing stories?" one fan asked on Twitter.

Another fan tweeted, "We need a petition for AMC to make #fridaynightinwiththeMorgans at least an hour long!"

"Yes. 30 minutes was definitely not enough," another fan commented. "We need at least an hour!!!"

"Thank you, @JDMorgan and @HilarieBurton for a wonderful 30 minutes! And thank you to your wonderful guests @JensenAckles, @DanneelHarris, #ChristianSerratos, and Dr. Sharagim Kemp," another fan wrote. "I can't wait for next week! (and I wish the show was an entire hour)."

"Ok, am I the only one that felt that the show was way too short?" Yet another fan asked. "I could’ve definitely watched another half hour."

"#fridaynightinwiththeMorgans @JDMorgan So Jeff, I think everyone would agree with me when I say that this show definitely needs to be an hour, if not longer," another fan declared. "This is great."

We don't know if AMC will extend the show to a full hour or not though that does seem to be the will of the people. In either case, fans did have a great time with the show and they really appreciated all the support the Morgans showed towards healthcare workers fighting the pandemic on the frontlines.

One happy fan wrote, "Thank you Morgans for the show #fridaynightinwiththeMorgans looking forward to what you guys bring to the show and excited about the show and thank you @HilarieBurton for taking the time to make masks for the frontline workers."

'Friday Night In with the Morgans' airs Fridays at 10/9 c exclusively on AMC.
