French Montana has been slammed with a lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting an unidentified woman. The rapper, real name Karim Kharbouch, one of his employees, and Coke Boy Records are all being sued by the Los Angeles County resident for battery, sexual battery, negligence, negligent hiring, and other damages alongside sexual assault.

As reported by The Blast, the plaintiff has claimed that the defendants had a "longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to" a Hidden Hills house. She continued adding how at the venue, the defendants would then allegedly "supply the women with drinks and drugs, with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented or were able to consent."

The allegations as stated in court documents obtained by the publication, also add that the defendants "would sometimes without the women's knowledge or consent provide drugs to interfere with the women's ability to knowingly consent to sexual activity."

Allegations against Montana, as made by the plaintiff, are from an incident that happened on March 28, 2018, as reported by the outlet. Her allegations state French’s employee “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed, and raped", adding that on the same date, French also “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed” her. The lawsuit states that the plaintiff was invited to the recording studio in the La Brea Ave.

She adds that Montana first took an interest in her, before providing her drinks and then inviting her back to his home with his employee.

The plaintiff continues saying they reached Montana's home at around 6 am, and around thirty minutes later, she went outside to call a friend and felt "lucid". When she returned inside to the kitchen, the defendants asked her to take a shot, soon after which she claims to have completely blacked out. Remembering being incapacitated at the time, the plaintiff recounted “several men coming in and out of the bedroom," with Montana being "one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her."

When she regained consciousness at around 1:30 pm she found Montana's employee "spooning" her.

Waking up confused and intoxicated, the plaintiff claims she"felt a pain in her pelvis, lower back and vagina," and began "crying hysterically because she felt that she had been drugged and raped”. Right after the incident, she claims she went to Kaiser Permanente for a medical treatment where she also reported the assault and after a rape kit was administered, she reported it to the police.

"As a result of this incident, plaintiff has and continues to suffer extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression," court documents stated, adding, "She was just starting her career as a model and actress, however, the horrific experience has prevented her from continuing that career path."

The outlet adds that the plaintiff is seeking loss of earnings, emotional harm, attorney fees, and punitive damages. While the musician hasn't publicly commented on the issue yet, he reportedly just slash a whopping sum from the asking price for his Hidden Hills home. His social media has however been active recently mostly surrounding topics like the Coronavirus, and also his newest album - 'Montana'. "COKE BOY QUARANTINED MASK," he had tweeted to his 12 million followers. "FREE TO ALL THE FANS THAT STILL HAVE TO WORK."
