‘Nevertheless’ fame Song Kang and ‘What’s wrong with Secretary Kim?’ star Park Min Young can never be forgotten for their iconic dialogues. When the “Nabi Boroe Gallae” met “Ramyeon Meokgo Gallae” in the JTBC drama ‘Forecasting Love and Weather’, fans knew that a heated mess is en route. As expected, the couple were shown in a swoon-worthy bed scene on the 2nd episode itself! Their high-tension chemistry was so loved by the fans that they yearned for more and more of their romance. While things were all going great for the series team, somehow the series did not stand much out in 2022. Not that it was overshadowed by other shows, the series wasn’t being spoken about despite being successful.

Forecasting Love and Weather’ is a romantic comedy about the job and love lives of people who work for the Korea Meteorological Administration, the country's main weather forecast service. Song Kang plays the free-spirited and determined Lee Si Woo, who has an astounding IQ of 150 but only worries about the weather. Park Min Young plays the icy Jin Ha Kyung, who does everything by the book and is meticulous about keeping her personal and professional lives separate. The JTBC series premiered on February 12, 2022, and the final 16th episode will air on April 3, 2022. The show has been successful on Netflix as well but recently, the show has been making many headlines.

Speaking of other series, the top ranks of the most buzzworthy dramas and cast members were caught by tvN's "Twenty Five, Twenty One" and SBS's "A Business Proposal." Based on the sports and romance genre, ‘Twenty Five Twenty One’ ranked No. 1 for six consecutive weeks on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list. Moreover, the series cast members Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri held onto their respective spots at No. 1 and No. 2. Additionally, SBS’s “A Business Proposal” held onto its spot at No. 2 on the drama list, while stars Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong ranked No. 3 and No. 4 on the actor list. With these shows that were hitting the headlines, Song Kang and Park Min Young’s great chemistry sort of was left out.

Though ‘Forecasting Love and Weather’ did climb to No. 4 on the drama list, and star Song Kang to No. 9 in the actor rankings, the show wasn’t getting the anticipation. Many fans wrote on Twitter expressing how they feel about the show. One user wrote, “I feel like 2125 took over the hype of forecasting love and weather but i still really like it. it’s so good,” while another said “The lead couple of forecasting love and weather might not have the best chemistry but im watching the drama bcs im curious about their jobs i love that they focused more on the work stuffs and we can watch how forecasters do their jobs hehe”. Certain users stated it as boring by writing “Sorry but Forecasting Love and weather looks so boring…” Adding to it, a user wrote, “This forecasting love and weather, the more I watch it,the more I get bored.....It’s actually boring 😪”
