Two women Sarah Franks, 29, and Kaitlin O'Donovan, 27, of Clearwater, Florida were hit with felony charges after allegedly throwing containers of glitter at Jacob Colon and covering his apartment. Additionally, Franks was also charged with criminal mischief, according to local reports.

On Monday morning, January 10, the pair was arguing with Colon outside of his Clearwater residence at around 3 am from his ground-level patio before they started to throw glitter at him. The duo allegedly threw a container of glitter at the victim, hitting his head and torso.

Investigators said Franks climbed over the ground-level fence and made her way inside Colon's apartment where she continued to pelt him with more containers of glitter, DailyMail reported. Meanwhile, Kaitlin walked to the front door of the apartment so that Franks could let her in, and further threw glitter at the victim.

Post the glitter attack on Colon and his apartment, Franks kicked Colon's apartment window before fleeing the scene with Kaitlin. The investigators traced the getaway vehicle of both women back to their residence.

Officer Matt High with the Clearwater Police Department noted that the car was still "warm to the touch" and traces of glitter were also seen inside the vehicle. Both women were charged with felony burglary with assault and booked into Pinellas County Jail. Additionally, Franks has also been charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief for breaking Colon's window and entering his apartment. Both of the women were released on a $75,250 bond.

According to the arrest affidavit, the early morning attack began after the two women started arguing with Colon, who had been standing on his fenced balcony at the time. During the argument, both girls hurled containers of glitter at him, striking him in the upper head and torso. The relationship between the two women and Colon, as well as the reason for the argument, still remain unclear. A judge has also ordered both women to have no future contact with Colon.
