MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: A female officer guarding the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse during Donald Trump’s arraignment on Tuesday, April 4, was filmed appearing to make a white power symbol, an “OK" hand gesture which is a "sincere expression of white supremacy” and has been classified as a symbol of hate. The officer in question previously went viral after she got captured in cameras, as Trump made his out of the court, with many calling the cop “hot” and comparing her to Stormy Daniels.

A video posted by a Twitter user, @HarpersElbow, showed the unidentified female officer talking to another male officer when she flashed the sign with her right hand. The user wrote while sharing the video, which has over 141.3K views and 544 retweets, "Nothing to see here, just a NYC police officer flashing a WHITE POWER sign as the white power president is indicted." The user also questioned Mayor Eric Adams, "@NYCMayorhow does this ding bat keep her job?"

Commenting on the video, one wrote, "’m a full Democrat, I think that was a reach. Look like the one finger was a “hold on” and the other was “okay” as if someone else told her something and she acknowledged it." The comment section got split into two views with many accusing her of flashing the sign and some stating that it was a normal "OK" sign.

'No one hides an OK like that'

An individual wrote, "It could be, or it could be just a regular “OK” sign Difficult to know for certain and there’s a lot of reasonable doubt." One more said, "Yeah IDK… I always thought that meant “OK,” and in the past I used that emoji countless times as an ok. I don’t anymore, but I had no freaking clue until it was pointed out. I’m sure many people are still in the same boat."

However, one of many quickly said, "No one hides an “OK” like that." Another commented, "This is clearly the white power sign! It takes an effort to make this hand gesture." "Since she did it on the “Low” she’s most def guilty of whatever y’all accusing her of…," stated one more user. While one wrote, "Someone is getting fired."

'She needs to be put on administrative leave'

On the other hand, many demanded for an investigation. A user wrote, "I hope @NYCMayor is investigating this!" "She needs to be put on administrative leave pending investigation," added one more. Also, one more tweeted clarifying that the officer is not from NYPD but is a state court officer. The person said, "THAT IS A STATE COURT OFFICER! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!! ASAP!!"
