'Triple his salary to return': Fans want Disney & Warner Bros to APOLOGIZE to Johnny Depp

From issuing public apologies to offering him higher pay, fans demand Disney and Warner Bros to apologize to him publicly

The defamation trial of the decade between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard has come to an end and the jury has arrived at a verdict. The jury arrived at the conclusion that Heard did defame Depp. In addition to celebration and joy, some fans of Depp have taken to Twitter to slam Disney and Warner Bros for siding with Heard, as Depp was cast out of the sixth part of the movie franchise.

They ask the entertainment companies to issue a public apology to Depp owing to the lack of support during the six weeks of the trial. Johnny Depp was set to play his iconic role as Captain Sparrow in the sixth Pirates of the Caribbean film which is owned by Walt Disney until he lost the role following Heard’s domestic abuse allegations. Additionally, he was also asked to leave the role of Grindelwald in the 'Fantastic Beasts' franchise developed by Warner Bros following the 2018 op-ed.

Another said, " hey #Disney just a quick one... Will you be issuing a public apology to #JohnnyDepp for casting him as guilty until proven innocent without hearing all the facts? Well, the facts have outed themselves today. We ALL will be waiting... #JusticeForJohnnyDepp #DeppHeardTrial"

"#Disney and #WarnerBros owe #JohnnyDepp an apology for siding with the vile liar #AmberHeard. Their bias is obvious and has been for years, but now the tide has turned," said another.

In his public statement, Johnny thanked the jury as he said, "And six years later, the jury gave me my life back. I am truly humbled."

He said, "From the very beginning, the goal of bringing this case was to reveal the truth, regardless of the outcome. Speaking the truth was something that I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me. I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that."

The Pirates of the Caribbean star was awarded $15 million and Heard was awarded $2 million.
