David Letterman slammed after 'disgusting' video of him sucking a strand of Jennifer Aniston's hair resurfaces
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Jennifer Aniston's interview with David Letterman has resurfaced after more than 20 years as netizens are "disgusted" by his behavior. The 1998 'David Letterman Show' interview showed the host sidled up to the 'Friends' star and telling her, "I just want to try one thing" before he sucked her hair strands.
The then 29-year-old actress appeared uncomfortable and tried moving away her face from the then 51-year-old actor who went on keeping a lock of her hair in his mouth and held her head to his with his hand. Aniston could be seen holding out her hands to stop Letterman and after he moved back to his chair, he gave her a tissue to dry off her locks that he placed in his mouth. A drum roll sound played in the background suggested that the act was planned by the comedian.

Letterman mostly topped the headlines for his controversial interviews in the past which has grabbed negative attention online after the #MeToo movement. In 1994, Letterman conducted an interview with Madonna in which he asked her to kiss a random person from the audience. In 2013, Letterman mocked Lindsay Lohan in an interview where she was asked controversial questions about her time in rehab facilities following alcohol and drug abuse and about her other personal struggles, according to Daily Mail.

Upset at the talk show host's "creepy" behavior in the interview with Aniston, social media users slammed Letterman for continuing to bother her despite her attempts to stop him. "That is so nasty rude & disgusting! What a creep!!!", a Twitter user wrote while another wrote, "Bravo for Aniston's skillful navigation out of this nightmare situation." A third person wrote, "He is so disgusting. This isn’t even the first video I’ve seen of him completely disregarding women’s personal space ew imagine your hair smelling like a 60-year-old’s spit."
