NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Mariah Carey and her 11-year-old daughter Monroe performed a duet for the first time ever to the song ‘Away in a Manger’ during Mariah’s CBS Christmas special, ‘Mariah Carey: Merry Christmas to All,’ which aired on December 20. The mother-daughter duo donned matching white ballgowns with silver sequins and tiaras.
Introducing her daughter to her fans at Madison Square Garden, Mariah, the Grammy winner said as quoted by DailyMail, “This is my baby girl, here. Eleven years ago, I got the greatest gift." "You know what, I don’t have birthdays, but the birthing day was the greatest gift ever. This is our first duet,” she added, before giving her daughter a kiss as she walked off the stage.
