LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In today's time although one has the option to choose from a vast catalog, sooner the good TV shows are becoming more challenging to find especially because of the competition. Regardless, Christopher Storer came out with a different comedy-drama series last year. The award-winning series, 'The Bear' follows Carmy, an award-winning chef from the world of fine dining who returns home to Chicago after the death of his older brother to run his family's Italian sandwich shop. We see him navigating the business as he deals with debts, a rundown kitchen, and an unruly staff. The series got an instant renewal after the first season premiered to fan favor and critical acclaim. After the enormous success of its first season, 'The Bear' is set to return for a second batch of episodes to FX's and Hulu's screen, and it will include one of the stars of the moment and the heartbeat of the 'Better Call Saul' series. Speaking of 'Better Call Saul,' Odenkirk wrapped up a six-season run as attorney Jimmy McGill, aka Saul Goodman, on AMC’s 'Better Call Saul' last year. He currently stars as disgruntled college professor Hank Devereaux on the AMC dramedy series, 'Lucky Hank'.

'Better Call Saul' alum to appear in a guest role

Actor Bob Odenkirk has joined the cast of the second season of FX’s 'The Bear,' Variety has reported. The details about his characters are kept tightly under wraps but the 'Better Call Saul' alum will be part of the cast in a guest role. The latest iteration of the streamer’s hit dramedy is due in June. Starring Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Abby Elliott the series was one of the biggest surprises of 2022 with many critics calling it the best of the year.
