Diddy calls it quits with Yung Miami after only a year of relationship, fans say 'wow that was quick'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sean "Diddy" Combs and Caresha "Yung Miami" Brownlee call it quits! After about a year of dating, the relationship between music magnate Diddy and rapper Yung Miami is reportedly over. Rapper Caresha Romeka Brownlee, aka Yung Miami, 29, and Diddy, 53, confirmed they began dating in June of last year. Though it's unclear when they broke up, Yung Miami admitted in a lengthy interview with The Cut that she is no longer with Diddy.
The rapper from 'City Girls' joined 'The Cut' as its latest cover star, declaring that she and Diddy are still close friends despite their breakup. As per TMZ, she also declined to give their relationship a name, which essentially ended when it was announced Diddy became father to a daughter in October of last year.

'That’s not my man'
"We’re still friends! We’re still good friends! But we’re single. That’s not my man. We had our own situation, I’m not gonna put a title on it," Yung Miami revealed to The Cut, reports Daily Mail. At one point, the two were inseparable and frequently sighted together at parties and award shows. Diddy also helped kick off Miami's podcast debut on his Revolt TV network, which sparked rumors about their extramarital affairs. "He supported me, I supported him. I’ll let the internet call it whatever they want to call it," she continued.
Miami gushed about her passion for golden showers in the bedroom on one of her award-winning 'Caresha Please' episodes, but she claims in the interview it does not necessarily mean it was the Bad Boy tycoon who was showering over her. Miami also claims that she intends to make 'Caresha Please' as well-known as Rihanna's Fenty while her relationship with Diddy is over.

Although dating rumors have been circulating between the two musicians since last year, Diddy and Yung Miami didn't officially acknowledge their relationship until June. On Miami's podcast series Caresha, Please, the hip-hop mogul made an appearance and clarified the situation. Diddy exclaimed they would "go have dates, we're friends. We go to exotic locations. We have great times."
"I met him at his house, and he was like, 'I think you should do a podcast. You’re good at it. You’ve got a strong personality.' So that’s how it came about," Miami clarified. She also discussed her contentious admission that she enjoys 'golden showers,' which many presumed she carried out with Diddy but which she insisted wasn't quite the case.
Even though the 2022 BET Awards included a number of incredible moments, the Internet was buzzing over Yung Miami's brazen public show of support for Combs. Diddy received the BET Lifetime Achievement Award, and as the music mogul was giving his acceptance speech, Yung Miami held up a bright red banner with the words "Go Papi" written on it to show her love for him, as per People.

The 53-year-old mogul added his "Shawty Wop" to two songs for the next album.
