'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak and her daughter Brielle Biermann are mourning the tragic death of Brielle's dear friend Ethan McCallister in a hit-and-run incident. Brielle posted a heartbreaking note on Instagram along with several photos and videos of Ethan. Her mother Kim also posted an emotional tribute to Ethan while urging fans to help identify the driver responsible for his accident.
Brielle posted the emotional note saying, "We haven’t spent a weekend apart all year!!! How am i supposed to go anywhere without you." Kim wrote about Ethan, "We will miss your huge beautiful smile, constant jokes, cowboy boots and infamous shirts." Meanwhile, the police authorities in Atlanta are investigating the incident, stating that the suspect was driving a 'dark colored Range Rover'.

How did Ethan McCallister die?
According to The Sun, the police stated that on Saturday, April 3, 2021, a pedestrian (McCallister) was hit by a vehicle around 3 am at Piedmont Avenue NE and Lindbergh Dr.
"On scene officers found that an adult male had been in the roadway and was hit by a vehicle. The vehicle, a dark colored Range Rover, left the scene after striking the pedestrian," the police report revealed.
"The pedestrian was taken to the hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. The Accident Investigation Unit is continuing the investigation," the report added.
Previously, however, Kim Zolciak had posted on her Instagram story a glimpse of the car they believed to have hit Ethan. "We believe this Gray w/ yellow accents TrackHawk was the car that hit Ethan. It has front end damage! It was heading north on US-13 parallel to 85N in Piedmont Heights around 3AM Saturday morning," she posted, adding, "If anyone saw this and can help, please DM me or call the ATL police."
On her latest Instagram note as well, Zolciak mentioned, "Ethan was killed in a hit and run on Piedmont St around 3am this morning. The car was a TrackHawk BLACK with yellow accent."
Now, the police's search for a dark-colored Range Rover disputes her claim about the model of the car.

Even before his tragic accident, Kim Zolciak had posted photos and videos of her daughter Brielle Biermann and Ethan McCallister together. On February 24, 2021, prior to Brielle's birthday, Zolciak shared a video of her together with Ethan in a pool, saying, "My baby @briellebiermann turns 24 in just a few hours 😭😭 she is livin it up at the beach with allllll 10 of her dearest friends. Feel so blessed that she is so LOVED! Take care of my baby @ethanolivermccallister.."
In her yesterday's post, accompanied by a series of photos of Brielle and Ethan together, Zolciak wrote, "We will miss your huge beautiful smile, constant jokes, cowboy boots and infamous shirts. You were always the life of the party!! One of the most genuine kind hearted people I have ever known ❤️ Always willing to help anyone anywhere."
She added, "We love you Ethan and I will make sure justice is served. PLEASE HELP 🙏🏼 Ethan was killed in a hit and run on Piedmont St around 3am this morning. The car was a TrackHawk BLACK with yellow accent. PLEASE if you know ANYTHING please call the Atlanta Police. 🙏🏼 If you can help his family in anyway the GoFund link is in my story and bio. Zolciak also shared a few Instagram stories later about the family coming to terms with the shocking death of their close friend.
Brielle Biermann also posted about Ethan on her own Instagram profile. In an emotional post, she shared, "Ethan.... i can’t believe I’m even writing this. I’m sick sick sick to my stomach. You are my happiness my joy my light in this very dark world.. the life of the party and the sweetest soul I’ve been blessed to know."

A GoFundMe for Ethan McCallister's funeral has been set up by Ignacio Vargas, a good friend of the McCallister family. The organizer has stated that the money will be paid in full to Ethan's mother Jodi and his father Keith. The campaign has managed to raise $63,520 out of its $100,000 goal so far. The details of Ethan McCallister's funeral have also been provided along with the fundraiser.
