LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Ever since Erika Jayne revealed that she's heading to Sin City for her own Las Vegas Residency in the midst of her recent financial difficulties, the internet has been questioning the Bravo star's music career. Now that 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star is following in the footsteps of Celine Dion, Adele, and Lady Gaga, many are wondering if the 'Pretty Mess' singer is the right choice for the show.
The 'RHOBH' actor and singer, whose estranged husband and disgraced lawyer, Tom Girardi, has been charged with stealing $18 million from clients, put on a sultry performance in a teaser film and photo to promote her next concert. Erika was seen wearing a tight bodysuit with a belted waist and glittering decorations all over the cloth. Pink and blue neon lights encircled the actress as she struck a pose to proudly announce to her 2.5 million fans and followers that her 'Bet It All On Blonde' residency would begin on August 25 and run through December 16. Fans are left wondering what to anticipate from the performance now that she has taken it upon herself to sell tickets.

Erika Jayne invites her fans to opening night
Erika's official music career began in 2007. Erika's debut track, 'Rollercoaster,' reached the top of the Billboard Hot Dance Club Playlist in the United States. The next year, she released a single named 'Stars,' which similarly peaked at number one on the same charts. Erika's debut album 'Pretty Mess' was released two years later, and her star continued to rise. Erika has had nine tracks hit No 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 list, and she has also traveled to Asia to meet her adoring fans. Her latest single was 'Cars' which she released in 2018.
At the 2023 Billboard Women In Music Awards, the Bravo personality and singer announced new songs as well as a new Las Vegas performance. Erika says her 'Bet It All on Blonde' residency "really signifies" her "new era" and "new beginning." On April 22, she posted a video on Instagram urging her admirers to buy tickets to her event. Erika welcomes everyone to her opening night in the video, with 'Expensive' playing in the background. In the caption, she writes, "Come meet me at opening night!! ✨🎟️🎰🥂 #betitallonblonde @livenation @hoblasvegas @mandalaybay."
'She probably paid to perform'
Questioning how Erika landed her spot on the show, followers commented on the post, "She is doing a vegas residancy. But can someone plz tell me wtf is she gonna be singing lol the only song I know is expensive & how many f**** from her time on the housewives. She has never had a song on billboard or any world charts. It's probobly gonna be cover songs all that will be lip sync. I won't pay all that money for her sorry. I'd rather go see a legit popular singer for the prices of those vegas tickets and I know they won't lip sync. Not a fan!" Another chimed in saying "this lady is so tragic and has no songs. She probably paid to perform there that’s why she is pushing the tickets so much. No one is buying 😂😂😂." Accusing her of using auto tune during her performance, another person wrote, "people are thinking she’ll be singing and entertaining every night. She only has 8 shows. I live in Vegas and prefer live shows with real singers not auto tune." Mocking Erika for the way she has been promoting her show, one wrote, "Oh wow, I didn't realize she only has 8 shows. She made it sound like she has set up shop in Vegas." One follower questioned, "With what? You only have a few songs.. a whole concert with a few songs?" Slamming her for the way she looks in the video, one wrote, "Please never wear that dress again and I’m not being funny but your hair looks like rats tails in that video. Pretty mess, pretty appropriate! Get your ‘glam squad’ in order, I presume you are still paying them!" One added, "It’s giving Whatever Happened to Baby Jane vibes."
