Elle MacPherson dating 'spiritual' musician Doyle Bramhall after dumping anti-vaxxer BF Andrew Wakefield
MIAMI, FLORIDA: Texan musician Doyle Bramhall II is supermodel Elle Macpherson's latest love interest. Macpherson was earlier dating British doctor Andrew Wakefield before getting close to Bramhall.
The couple, who have traveled the globe together, are already "getting serious," as reported by the Australian magazine New Idea. According to a source, “Elle and Doyle have known each other for a while but their friendship recently turned romantic. It's getting serious. Elle travels the world with Doyle and already knows his two adult daughters. He worships her and is very supportive of her work in the wellness space, too.” Bramhall previously dated Renee Zellweger for seven years before breaking up in 2019. Bramhall, 53, is best known for his work with Eric Clapton and Roger Waters. Macpherson, 58, has been married twice before.

Bramhall's recent Instagram posts are filled with selfies with Macpherson, indicating their love affair with spiritual quotes such as, "Love is a spiritual phenomenon; lust is physical. Ego is psychological; love is spiritual. Love the person, but give the person total freedom. Love the person, but from the very beginning make it clear that you are not selling your freedom." Their romance started 10 months after Macpherson announced her breakup with hero of the anti-vax movement Wakefield. The couple actually split up "almost two years ago," according to a statement her spokeswoman gave The Daily Mail in December 2021. “As a spokesperson for Elle, I can unequivocally confirm that the relationship between Elle and Dr [sic] Wakefield terminated almost two years ago. There has been no contact subsequently,” it read.
It is known that Wakefield and Macpherson initially began dating in 2017. When questioned about the breakup rumors earlier in 2021, Wakefield's spox responded as follows, “He rarely answers press inquiries from mainstream news publications and doesn't comment on his private life.” Wakefield, a native of Berkshire, had his medical license revoked in 2010 after it was determined that a study he had conducted to support the alleged relationship between the MMR vaccine and autism was an "elaborate fraud." His incorrect assertions resulted in a decline in childhood immunization rates and an increase in measles outbreaks. Macpherson was previously married to American entrepreneur Jeffrey Soffer from 2013 to 2017 and French fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon from 1986 to 1989. She has two sons, Flynn and Cy, from a previous relationship with French businessman Arpad Busson.
