Beloved reality TV star Beth Chapman, who was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer in September 2017,  died on June 26, after being placed in a medically-induced coma for four days. And we have all seen how her death has affected her husband Dwayne "The Dog" Chapmen, seeing as he has been open about his grief and pain. The holiday season, he tells Radar Online, has been especially difficult for him without his wife, especially since he is all alone for this Christmas.

“I will be glad when this year is over,” the 66-year-old 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' star told the online portal during a telephonic conversation from his Colorado home. “I’m trying to hold the holiday traditions. Beth was very traditional, and I want to hold those traditions as we did when Beth was here," he related, adding how it was mandatory for all their children to go home for the Christmas, but in 2019, this rule is not in effect. “That’s not going to happen," he says.

“Beth was the punisher in the family and they know their dad is a softy,” the reality star who is currently focusing on his upcoming show 'Dog's Most Wanted' reveals. “So, a lot of the kids aren’t coming this year. They’re like ‘Dad, we are going to do our own thing.’ I’m like ‘Okay, whatever.’ So that’s a little sad. I’ll mostly be alone.” He also revealed that he has been focusing a lot on work to distract himself from the pain of losing his wife after her long and arduous battle with cancer.

“I’m really depending on Season 2 after the holidays. I’m hoping for the best. I was looking at mugshots and talking to the mugshots and saying you know ‘You better enjoy your freedom right now because I’m going to tell you something - wait until you get a load of Dog without Beth,'” a chocked up Chapman revealed, adding, “So catching the bad guys kind of keeps my mind off of stuff. But I feel like doing something worthy in life to keep going. I feel kind of empty without putting some of them really bad bastards in jail."

The beloved reality star also added, “I lived with her for 22 years. The 26th, the day after Christmas, will be six months since she left me. And I think the worst part out of all of this is that I can’t believe it’s six months. How the hell did I make it?”

There were many rumors about him taking his own life earlier this year, but he wants everyone to know that he is doing much better now and that he is taking better care of himself.
