For Karen and Deon Derrico, their children come first, no matter what. The parents are always on top of their game when it comes to all 14 of their kids, even if it means they do need a bit of help ever so often. Their kids' health and well-being always come above all else.

The Derricos have been on quite the adventure this season -- from their South Carolina trip to the planning of the Derrico Pavillion and their Disneyland adventure, where Karen and Deon renewed their vows. However, there might be cause for concern along the horizon.

At the start of the season, fans saw GG deal with health issues that worried everyone. It was also the main reason the family wanted her to move along with them; however, for GG, Vegas was home, and she had no intention of uprooting her life. Things seem to have worked out in the end, with the family planning to split their time between South Carolina and Las Vegas. But GG's health wasn't the only thing that had everyone worried -- it was Diez's health as well. Early on, Deon noticed a bump on Diez's head and alerted Karen.

They both began to worry, seeing that he had cranial reconstruction surgery last season, due to an elongated skull. They were quick to set up an appointment with Dr Ozaki, who noted that Diez had not been displaying any odd behavior and that the bump was just something that happened when he was playing. However, there have been a few more bumps on his head since then, causing Karen to plan a trip to see Dr Ozaki in person. She and Deon also decided that it would be best for Dior to go along with them in order for him to support his brother during what is an emotionally and physically challenging time.

And, while Karen gears up for a short trip to the doctor's, it looks like Deon is in charge. Between having to wake the kids up and getting them ready for school to remembering medication and watering the plants, Deon's list of chores is a long one, with Karen reminding him that he better have the house under control while she's away. It looks like Deon can certainly use all the help she can get!

Season 3 of 'Doubling Down With the Derricos' airs on TLC on Tuesdays at 10 pm ET.
