'Doubling Down With the Derricos': Karen and Deon slammed for making Disney World about them

Taking care of 14 kids is no easy feat. But for Karen and Deon, it is their reality. Although it looks like it might be overwhelming, the couple is thoroughly invested when it comes to providing for their children to the best of their ability.

So far, in Season 3, the family has had some fun experiences -- from their South Carolina trip to involving the children in the conceptualization of the Derrico Pavillion. And it looks like now, the family is off on their next adventure -- to Disney World!

'Doubling Down With the Derricos': Fans confused as Karen hides pregnancy from mother

While the Disney World trip was a great experience for the kids, it seems as though Karen and Deon too, had a fair share of fun reliving their childhoods. While Deon wanted the whole family to stay together, Darian wanted to spend time with a friend, while Karen decided to take the girls and GG and pick out her gown.

This left Deon with the boys. They decided to hit up the Star Wars rides, which made Deon feel like a child again, seeing that he was excited to take it all in. Even the kids noted that their father was "like a big kid" at the theme park, with Deon admitting in his own confessionals that he felt like he went from his "50-year-old body" to his "7-year-old self". He even joked that he was "not having a mid-life crisis", regardless of what everyone else had to say.

While the Derricos made the most of their time in the magic kingdom, fans felt differently about the whole vow renewal bit and the entire experience. "Let Darrian go & be with her friends!!!!! Give that child some freedom before she has to sneak around to get it. Ya'll raised her right, right? #doublingdownwiththederricos #TheDerricos" tweeted a fan. "Watching your mom try on dresses while your brothers are enjoying Disney…I feel so sorry for these girls with their attention starved parents #doublingdownwiththederricos" added another. "#doublingdownwiththederricos Enough with a second wedding. This trip should be for the kids in my opinion. Wasn’t there a big party for Karen and Deon already this season?" noted a fan.
