'Satan said thanks for all the buzz': Doja Cat claps back at trolls over 'demonic' tattoo
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: American rapper Doja Cat, who is a self-professed social media addict, has recently retaliated against the netizens who heavily criticized the satanic tattoo on her forearm. In another instance, she also said, “Satan said thanks for all the buzz!” invoking the Devil.
Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, or Doja Cat, came under internet scrutiny after her new body ink went viral. The 27-year-old’s tattoo is based on a Giovanni Battista Bissoni painting from Italian philosopher Fortunio Liceti's book, ‘De Monstruorum Causis, Natura et Differentiis’ (On the Reasons, Nature, and Differences of Monsters), published in 1634.

A day prior, she also took to her Instagram story to say controversially, “Satan said thanks for all the buzz,” before adding, “F*** you and f*** what you believe bi***.” “And I f***ed your mom bi***,” continued the ‘Streets’ singer. She concluded by saying, “Goodnight pu***," reported Daily Mail.
Doja Cat is 'addicted to social media'
However, the rapper has a bittersweet relationship with her more than 70 million social media followers. In a recent cover story for TIME she revealed that she is “addicted to social media” and “it's become part of my career.” “I enjoy it. Actually I deeper than enjoy it,” said the popstar.
She further added, “I am very impulsive. And I see it as a form of entertainment for the people that are reading it and watching it. And I'm also entertained. Social media has been a really big part of what I do. I'm just learning to control how much I put out, and the way that I put those things out [by] messing up.”
She also elaborated on the effect of social media on life: “Making a big mistake, like, just getting lit and going on [Instagram] Live and then seeing it the next day. That's kind of helped me step back, which is nice. It doesn't feel good at first, but it's helped a lot. I don't know how else I would have done that.”
'Stop disrespecting my religion'
The netizens vented out their frustration at Doja following her controversial tweet. Another fan, however, commented, "Ain’t this you?" "Nice I guess *drags vape* we live in the weirdest time line," commented the third.
