'Dodgeball Thunderdome' managed to bring some childhood memories for viewers as it brought the classic game back to life. The latest episode saw eight individual players coming into the game to get a chance to win $25,000. Meanwhile, David Dobrik and Andrew Hawkins hosted the August 19 episode of the show.

In the past, David has shown his communication skills on his YouTube channel as he often vlogs and makes videos to entertain his fans. The YouTuber managed to make a name for himself by showing his creative side on his channel. However, this time, things were different. David was given the task of commenting on what was going on in the show and undoubtedly, he managed to deliver a good performance.

When the YouTuber announced the show, his fans were quick to flock to watch what he had been up to. Looking at their reactions, it is safe to say that once again, David managed to please his fans and also make others fall in love with him. Throughout the episode, he did not fail to deliver one-liners that would leave anyone laughing.

However, the best part of the show happened to be when he tried to make Nick Antonyan play the same game. David punished Nick to try the obstacles and it so happened that he failed miserably. Throughout the episode, the two managed to make viewers laugh with their silliness while David also managed to give expressive reactions to what was going on in the competition.

Undoubtedly, viewers were quick to appreciate him for how he hosted the show as one comment read, "I wish @DavidDobrik was my PE teacher." Another wrote, "Ok but #DodgeballThunderdome with @DavidDobrik @erinlimofficial @Hawk is the best thing to come out of 2020. Even funnier watching @NickAntonyan do some of the obstacles."

"#dodgeballthunderdome I’m crying. I just love that face @DavidDobrik well done," said another. "Watching #DodgeballThunderdome because I’m a simp for @David Dobrik," wrote another. It looks like David has managed to lure his fans into watching the show and they are definitely not disappointed.

While the one-hour episode ended quite fast, there is a lot more to the competition that is going to come.

'Dodgeball Thunderdome' airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm ET on Discovery.
