Dillon Danis vows to complete 'Paul brothers double,' aims to KO Jake Paul after beating Logan Paul in fight: 'He better not come close to me'
CLEVELAND, OHIO: MMA fighter Dillon Danis has pledged to defeat Logan Paul, also known as 'The Maverick,' on October 14 before targeting Jake Paul, referred to as 'The Problem Child,' the youngest of the Paul siblings.
Significantly, Jake Paul will be present at ringside for his brother Danis' first fight since his exhibition match against Floyd Mayweather two years ago. This event is set to take place in Manchester and coincides with KSI's bout against Tommy Fury.
Dillon Danis warns Jake Paul
During a DAZN interview, Dillon Danis was asked, while hooked up to a lie detector, which of the two brothers he liked the least. He selected Jake, but his response drew a reaction when it was criticized for being considered false.
“I'll be knocking Jake out after Logan, maybe on the same night. He better not come close to me,” he said.
In the lead-up to the fights, Danis has been notably the most aggressive of the four competitors in the main event. He has specifically targeted Paul's fiancee, Nina Agdal.
Logan Paul’s fiancee files lawsuit against Dillon Danis
Dillon Danis received a restraining order only weeks before his bout due to Nina Agdal's lawsuit against the MMA fighter.
Danis, though, has remained steadfast saying, “It is years of me and the Pauls going back and forth. I don’t take anything personally, it’s just business. I don’t care about the guy or his w***e fiancee.”
On October 14, Danis will make his boxing debut after gaining recognition in the MMA competition Bellator. Meanwhile, Paul, who has previously battled Mayweather and faced KSI twice, will step into the ring for the fourth time.
Five years ago, when Paul and KSI fought in Manchester, it marked a pivotal moment for influencer boxing, bringing it into the public eye.
Before KSI secured victory in their professional rematch in Los Angeles in 2019, the initial fight ended in a draw.
